  I called up to enquire about dodgy day care. The person asked for the breed of my dog, I said he was a cairn terrier and she said 'urgh' i record all my own calls and listened back to the conversation to see if I'd misheard her response and I hadn't. The also charge for the assessment, so I went elsewhere where they had a free assessment, which my 'urgh' dog passed with flying colours and was told he wss the best mannered puppy they'd ever seen (he lives with other dogs so knows how to behave) as he's very social and loves other dogs. I also took my training business elsewhere too based on this response and went to Dogs Trust where they are not judgemental about breeds.
